Project offices do not always have to follow the appearance of basic temporary buildings. Modular systems can also be combined with large glazed façades to create a more contemporary working environment.

The building in the image consists of multiple stacked modular units arranged within a regular structural grid. Large windows and opening sections increase natural lighting and ventilation, while the central entrance provides a clear access point for the building.

Depending on operational requirements, the internal spaces may be planned as project management offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, open workspaces or technical coordination rooms.

Glazing performance, thermal insulation, structural connections, fire safety and internal circulation should be designed according to the local climate and applicable building regulations.
